Orders & Timeframes

The order process

All items offered here are made-to-order.  This means that when you place your order, we print your item(s) just for you, one at a time for the best quality! This allows us to offer amazing prices and it’s better for the environment.

Your order will be sent to the shipping address you enter during checkout. All prices, currencies, VAT, delivery times, and delivery charges will be adjusted depending on the country your items are shipped to.

You will receive a tracking link along with your shipment confirmation via email when your package leaves the warehouse. Please allow 5 business days for the tracking information to update.

Orders are fulfilled in the order they are received.

How can I find out if my order has shipped?

You will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail with a tracking link when your order has shipped. You can also check your order status at our Order Tracking page.

If you are a returning customer with an account, you can also login to your account dashboard and check the Orders tab.

How long will it take to get my order?

All of our products are made to order, so please expect a 3-7 business day processing time before your order ships. We source products globally to provide you with fantastic deals and the best prices. This means that depending on the item, there may be a slightly longer wait, but it’s always worth it!

We will send out an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

For most products & destinations in the continental United States, please allow 3-7 business days for shipping. International orders typically take 2-4 weeks to arrive.

Processing Time + Shipping Time = Delivery Time

It takes about 3-7 business days to process orders, and different products have different processing times. During peak periods such as sales, holidays, and launches this timeframe may be extended. Then you should add shipping times on top of that. Speed and price depends on product type and destination.

We process orders on business days, which are Monday through Friday, and exclude holidays, which vary depending on the country. Orders placed after 12 pm Friday and through the weekend won’t be processed until the following Monday.

Processing includes customizing designs, printing/production, stocking, & packing.

The times above are for products Made in the USA; products made in Asia will take 3-5 weeks to be delivered.

Sometimes we’re out of stock, and sometimes it might take an additional 2-6 days due to factors out of our control.

Please allow an extra day for delivery to PO boxes.

How much are shipping fees?

Shipping costs vary depending on the product, the size & weight of the product, and the distance between the fulfillment center(s) and the shipping destination.

Products may be shipped from multiple fulfillment centers. The above shipping fees are for Made in the USA products.

What shipping method do you use?

All shipments are sent by USPS, UPS, FedEx, GLS, OSM, DHL, Royal Mail, Yun Express or other carriers.

What countries do you ship to?

We don’t ship to some countries because of legal restrictions or shipping carrier limitations. At this time, we only ship to North America, Canada, Mexico, Great Britain, United Kingdom, Gibraltar, South America, Brazil, Colombia, Middle East, Israel, Lebanon, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Europe, Austria, Belarus, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Georgia, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Europe, Italy, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, Asia-Pacific, Australia, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Japan, Korea (South), Malaysia, New Zealand, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand, and Vietnam.

We also cannot ship certain products to certain countries. This table shows products and which countries they CANNOT be shipped to:

What about customs fees?

We are not responsible for any customs fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get customs fees when they arrive at your country. The fee may vary depending on order value, country limits, etc.

What about problems during shipping?

We’re not responsible for any damage or delays incurred by the shipping service. Weather, holidays and any other delays are out of our control ☹️. We do our best to process your orders as soon as possible and cannot control any delays that may occur during shipping.

We’re not responsible for addresses entered incorrectly and will ship to the address that is on your order so please be sure to confirm the address to which you are shipping. If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you. Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself.

We’re not responsible for parcels lost in transit by the shipping service.

Some products might be shipped separately because they are packaged differently or produced in a different facility.

Where are you located and where do you ship from?

We are located in North Carolina and source products from all over the world. Most of our items are shipped from US facilities in Michigan, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, South Dakota, or Tennessee. Global products may be shipped from our Vietnam facility in Ha Noi or our China facility in Guangdong.

Making Changes

I changed my mind… Can I cancel?

Orders can be cancelled until the next time it is 10:00AM EST (3:00PM UTC). Cancellation details can be found here.

My address is incorrect; Can I change it?

Once an order ships, we’re unable to change its destination so please ensure all address information is correct along with any apartment, unit, or suite numbers. If you still need to make a change, contact us as soon as possible with the right info, and we’ll do our best to make it happen!

I accidentally ordered the wrong size; can you change it for me?

We can’t make any size changes to items after your order is placed, so make sure you’re ordering the right size! Check out our size info before checking out. If we ship your order and a size change is still needed, follow our returns process to request an exchange or refund. 

Issues & Concerns

Why didn’t I receive an Order Confirmation Email?

If you don’t have an Order Confirmation Email, please check your Spam folder. If you still can’t find it after that, please contact us.

I received a shipping confirmation e-mail without my full order.

Some items may ship separately at no additional cost to you. You will receive a shipping confirmation for each shipment if this is the case!

We have warehouses around the world so when you order multiple items, they may be shipped from different fulfillment centers. You may even receive items one-by-one, so don’t worry if you don’t get everything in one delivery. If you have any questions, just get in touch!

Tracking hasn’t moved

Depending on the fulfillment center crafting your items, the tracking number may be generated even while your order is still being crafted, allowing the courier to prepare the shipment. This might give the impression that your package isn’t moving, but rest assured, it’s on its way to you.

Additionally, during holiday months we experience much higher order volumes, so please bear with us. We’re a small business dedicated to crafting each product meticulously for the best quality upon arrival at your doorstep.

If your tracking link says “Pending” or your delivery date hasn’t been updated in over 10 business days (excluding weekends), please reach out to us so we can take a look ASAP!

My order was charged twice…but I only see one order.

This was likely a soft authorization charge due to a failed transaction. The funds should be returned to your account between 4-7 hours and sometimes up to 14 business days; if you have not seen them returned, please reach out to your financial institution. 

Why is there tax on your shipping fees?

North Carolina taxes shipping, except for when the item is exempt from sales tax.

My order shipped but I never got my package…

Don’t worry! If you’ve received a tracking number but your package is missing, please reach out to the carrier to locate your item. If it’s still unable to be located, please complete a missing package claim and provide us with the case number and we’ll make sure you get what you need!

Please note: if it’s been 2 weeks past the “Delivered” date we are no longer responsible for any orders marked as delivered at your door or with another party.

I was charged tax in a no tax state…why? (US only)

Until a few years ago, you only had to pay sales tax on products in the state where your business was physically located. In 2018, the US Supreme Court ruled in South Dakota v. Wayfair, Inc. that a state may require sellers with no physical presence in the state to collect and remit sales tax for goods sold to customers in that state. Now eCommerce businesses may need to collect and file taxes in states they ship to, not just the ones they’re based in.
